Zaragoza Logistics Center provides a number of scholarships annually for students of the MIT-Zaragoza Master of Engineering in Logistics and Supply Chain Management (ZLOG) program.

Eligibility: Scholarships are awarded strictly to students offered admission into the MIT-Zaragoza Master of Engineering in Logistics and Supply Chain Management (ZLOG) program through Zaragoza Logistics Center regular admissions procedure.

  • Citizens of an African country.
  • Be offered admission into the MIT-Zaragoza Master of Engineering in Logistics and Supply Chain Management (ZLOG) program for the proposed year of study.
  • Must have completed a four years undergraduate program equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Have professional excellence with a background or experience in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, or exceptional academic achievement.
  • High GMAT or GRE score. Exceptions may be granted to applicants who have demonstrated strong professional/academic achievements in completing a college degree. Including some quantitative training and evidence of advanced verbal and written proficiency in the English language.
  • Fluent in English and a competitive score in IELTS or TOEFL.

Criteria for Selection:

The competition for ZLOG scholarships is intense and highly competitive. Candidates will be chosen based on the following criteria:

  • Preferences are given to candidates with background or work experience in Logistics and Supply Chain Management (25%)
  • Financial need (20%)
  • Academic merit (20%)
  • An essay stating why the candidate should be awarded the scholarship (to be filled out in the Application Form) (20%)
  • Demonstrate initiative and search for external funding opportunities (contacted the ZLC Financial Aid Office, individual search, other applications for scholarships and/or bank loans, etc) (10%)
  • Quality of the proposal: presentation, writing, punctuality in the application, etc. (5%)

Value of Scholarship: 25%, 50% reduction in tuition fee.
